Junior Client Success Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong communication and people skills to join our buy-side facing Client Success team.


  • You will be an integral part of our Client Success team assisting with onboarding and training for our buy-side clients via demos and product documents.
  • As our first line of defense, you will be tasked with helping to answer client questions, product related issues and supporting the overall client relationship. You will be responsible for understanding the complexity of the product offerings within our platform.
  • Through this role as point of contact, you will need to track feedback and integrate that input into the product development process.
  • You will be responsible for logging information into our CRM and other stores of information.
  • As a rapidly growing international firm, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across functions including product development, operations and sales to build client feedback into marketing outreach and the product itself.


  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills required, including proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the buy-side or research analyst workflow strongly preferred.
