What you’ll learn:

  • Work directly with our global client base to resolve feature, functionality and workflow questions across the Visible Alpha, ONEaccess, and Alpha Exchange platforms and collaborate with our internal teams to escalate issues and feedback
  • Contribute to strategic buy-side and sell-side relationships to develop and expand engagements in conjunction with our Sales and Client Success teams
  • Build, iterate, and optimize processes across our organization
  • Collaborate with our Product teams to drive product enhancements and development 
  • Gain deep expertise in the financial technology industry, insight into buy-side and sell-side workflows, relationship management skills, and familiarity with agile development and the SaaS product lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required – a degree in one of the following fields is highly preferred: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering
  • 1-2 years of customer support/relationship management in financial services or digital product/startup experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, are a must
  • Great team player with the ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a diverse and fast-paced environment
  • Curious by nature and excited about taking on challenging problems and discovering creative solutions
