Title: Recruiter II

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Visible Alpha seeks a Recruiter to join our team in our Mumbai, India location. Primary responsibility will be all recruiting and staffing logistics. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. All tasks, responsibilities and assignments must be completed with the highest level of quality with evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years of relevant corporate experience preferably a product based or startup firm.

  • Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews, and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process.

  • Working with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also providing insight into current market availability.

  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

  • The person will also assist in campus engagement initiatives and the recruitment process for engineering and data operations hiring.

  • Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System and other Recruiting tools including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Recruiterbox ATS.

  • Sourcing candidates through our ATS System and pro-actively recruit passive candidates through online databases and social media.

  • Creation and maintenance of global recruiting reports.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Recruitment: Should have relevant experience of atleast 3 years in hiring for engineering related requirements.

Drive and Commitment:Outstanding commitment to work towards getting the best of the best candidates and create an outstanding candidate experience.Never give up and continue to build a pipeline of great candidates.

Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to present information and influence decisions; comfort working with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels within the organization.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and project management skills.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced, rapidly growing environment; flexible to changing hiring managers’ needs; maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.

Organizational Skills: Extremely organized; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; meticulous attention to detail.

Computer Skills: Experience with ATS systems and job sites. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, Google Drive, Google Calendar, PowerPoint. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.
